What is your warranty and spare parts dispatch policy?
All machines come with a standard 1-year warranty. Fast-moving wear parts (blades, belts, crawlers, electronics) are in permanent stock and dispatched via express air courier.
How can overseas buyers inspect the machinery?
You are welcome to visit our 30,000+ m² manufacturing facility in Jining, China. We also offer live high-definition video demonstrations on actual slope test tracks.
